(2) Rust prevention
After the oil cylinder is installed on the machine, the relevant rust prevention work must be done. If all the pistons are extended, some grease must be applied to the exposed areas of the piston rod to prevent rust.
(3) Speed
Generally speaking, there are some cylinders of different specifications. When their movement speed exceeds two meters, their service life will be affected more or less. On the other hand, in order to stop the entire cylinder from its original operation, They can better protect the safety of the operation of these cylinder mechanisms. And during the entire operation, special attention should be paid when running at low speed.
(4) Operation
At the beginning of the operation of the entire oil cylinder, all the air in all the oil cylinders must be completely drained. Generally, the air is discharged by low-speed operation, because there is more air remaining inside, and the hydraulic oil The interaction will also affect the final wear.
