The pressure impact during positioning is small, and the stroke and initial speed of the buffer positioning can be arbitrarily set according to needs, which solves the contradiction between the positioning accuracy and the working speed, which not only improves the positioning quality but also improves the working efficiency.

The object of ideal curve control is the hydraulic system. There are two methods to achieve buffer positioning, one is proportional control system, and the other is servo control system. The effect of servo control is better than proportional control.

There are also two ways in control: PID controller and self-organizing fuzzy controller. Using the high-order curve as the input signal and the PID controller as the control algorithm, the servo system was tested, and the rise time was 0.2 seconds, the overshoot was within 7%, and the positioning accuracy was ±0.02MM.
