Precautions for scraping and boring of dump truck telescopic cylinder bore

the dump truck telescopic cylinder bore is most commonly processed by honing and rolling. The inner diameter needs to be smooth and free of scratches. What points should be paid attention to when the  dump truck telescopic cylinder boreis rolled ?

Rolling processing is a processing method for smoothing and strengthening the surface of the workpiece. It uses a rolling tool to squeeze the surface of the part at room temperature to deform it, and iron and flatten its microscopic unevenness. Thereby improving the finish and hardness of the processed surface.

1. Flush the inner wall of the cylinder and the rolling head before rolling the cylinder barrel to remove iron filings. At the same time, check whether the roller rotates freely, whether the retainer rotates flexibly, and whether the retainer can move in the axial direction under external force.

2. Before rolling, the cylinder barrel is finished with a floating boring tool to ensure the smoothness of the hole wall before rolling, the rolling allowance and the geometric accuracy of the hole.

3. Before rolling, the rolling head can be used for rolling after the axial displacement of the tapered roller R end surface and the workpiece end through the axial displacement of the boring bar tool box carriage. After the workpiece is stopped rotating after processing, the rolling head quickly retracts.

4. The rolling interference of the cylinder barrel should not be too large, and the frequency should not exceed 2 times, otherwise the phenomenon of "peeling" will occur.

Important notices: no stopping or changing the cutting amount during rolling, and no discontinuity during rolling. After working continuously for 3~4 shifts, you must clean the iron filing magnet and the oil inlet filter. Keep cutting fluid clean and oil intake. The rolling head and the center of the workpiece must maintain good coaxiality.
