1. Clean the pipes and castings before installation, and clean the hydraulic cylinder system after the final assembly.
2. Reasonably substitute the type and installation location of the filter. The system should be equipped with coarse and fine oil filters as required. The oil filter should be checked frequently, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
3. The fuel tank should be properly sealed, and an air filter should be installed in the atmosphere.
4. When assembling each component, it is forbidden to wipe it with fabric with fibers.
5. Change the oil regularly, generally after more than 10,000 accumulated working hours, change the oil appropriately. If it continues to be used, the oil will lose its lubricating performance and may cause acidity, which may cause corrosion of the metal parts in the hydraulic cylinder system. If it is used intermittently, the oil can be changed every six months or one year according to the specific situation.
6. The seal must be firm, and it is forbidden to use oil-resistant seals and hoses.
