Maintenance and maintenance of Dump Truck Cylinder
The maintenance and maintenance of dump truckhydraulic cylinders, specifically, the maintenance and maintenance of hydraulic oil media and dump truck hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic transmission has many advantages such as simple structure, stable quality, high mechanical efficiency, and easy automation. Therefore, at present, many large-scale machinery and medium-sized machinery adopt hydraulic transmission system, but hydraulic technology also has the disadvantages of oil leakage, oil temperature changes affecting operation speed control, noise and other shortcomings. How to operate hydraulic machinery more safely and efficiently? Correctly select hydraulic oil according to system pressure, operating speed, working oil volume, and ambient temperature, use and maintain it reasonably, maintain excellent working performance of oil for a long time, and give full play to the best work Efficiency is the key to work. In view of this, we must operate in accordance with norms and manage scientifically.

To maintain and maintain the dump truck hydraulic cylinder, it is necessary to prevent contamination and impurities from being mixed into the hydraulic oil:
1. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly during the use of the cylinder, and the filter screen of the system should be cleaned to ensure cleanliness and extend the service life.
2. Each time the dump turck cylinder is used, it must be fully extended and fully retracted for 5 times and then run with load. This can exhaust the air in the system and preheat the systems, which can effectively avoid the presence of air or water in the system, causing gas explosion (or scorch) in the cylinder body, which will damage the seals and cause leakage in the cylinder. Wait for failure.
3. Control the system temperature. Excessive oil temperature will reduce the service life of the seals. Long-term high oil temperature will cause permanent deformation of the seals or even complete failure.
4. Protect the outer surface of the piston rod to prevent bumps and scratches from damaging the seals. Frequently clean up the mud and sand on the dust ring of the cylinder dynamic seal and the exposed piston rod to prevent sticking to the surface of the piston rod. Dirt enters the cylinder and damages the piston, cylinder or seal.
5. Frequently check the threads, bolts and other connecting parts, and tighten them immediately if they are loose.
6. Frequently lubricate the connecting parts to prevent corrosion or abnormal wear in the absence of oil.
