Happy type: When the hydraulic steering cylinder is in the neutral position (without steering), the fuel supply pump is connected to the fuel tank. The quantitative hydraulic pump is used in the happy steering system.
Closed heart type: The hydraulic steering cylinder is in the open state (closed core), that is, when the hydraulic steering cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil is cut off by the hydraulic steering cylinder, and the hydraulic steering cylinder inlet has a higher pressure. The closed core steering system uses a pressure compensated variable pump.
Load sensing type: The hydraulic steering cylinder can transmit the load signal to the priority valve, and the flow required by the steering system is preferentially controlled by the priority valve. According to the control method of pressure sensing signal, it is divided into dynamic sensing type and static sensing type.
Reaction type: When the hydraulic steering cylinder is in the middle position, that is, the driver is not performing the vehicle steering operation, the two sides of the steering cylinder are directly connected to the cycloid pair, and the steering wheel can feel the external force on the steering cylinder.
Non-responsive type: When the hydraulic steering cylinder is in the middle position, that is, the driver is not performing the steering operation of the vehicle, the two cylinders are cut off, and the steering wheel cannot feel the external force on the steering cylinder.
