Common faults in hydraulic power pack is the system does not hold pressure
The non-holding pressure of the hydraulic power pack is a common failure of the system. When the hydraulic power unit is started, there is definitely pressure. There are several situations in which you are not holding pressure:
1. When the hydraulic power pack is open, there is no pressure. The reason is that the pump is broken; the pump pressure is adjusted too low; the pressure regulator is too low. Generally speaking, it is because the pressure is directly discharged to the fuel tank, and the pressure cannot be built up.
2. If you said that after the hydraulic power pack is closed, the actuator does not maintain pressure. Reason: your hydraulic system has no pressure holding circuit; the one-way valve is broken; if there is an accumulator, it may be because the pressure of the accumulator is not enough. If two sets of valves are better. You change this group of check valves that can maintain pressure to the one you think is not good, and if it can be solved, just buy a valve. And you said that the sound is loud, the possible reason is: the plunger pump is going to be broken, and the use time is long, and the wear is serious, there will be a relatively loud noise; and your use pressure may exceed the rating of the plunger pump itself. The pressure is over; the accumulator itself has no sound, only when the pressure is relieved, there will be a louder sound.
