1. Installation
The installation form of the rebound hydraulic cylinder is mainly divided into two categories: one is the axis fixed type, and the other is the axis swing type. It is subdivided into base type, flange type, tie rod type, shaft pin type, earring type, ball head type, intermediate ball hinge type, flange type with reinforcing ribs, and flange bottom angle combined use type. Generally speaking, the rebound hydraulic cylinder can be installed at any place where needed.
During the installation process, it should be kept clean. In order to prevent the rebound hydraulic cylinder from losing its function or premature wear, it should try to avoid the pulling force during installation. When installing pipe joints or threaded parts, avoid crushing or bruising. Sealing materials such as putty and twine should never be used, as they can cause oil contamination and cause the rebound hydraulic cylinder to lose function. Pay attention to avoid torsion when installing hydraulic tubing.
2. Start
The oil used in the rebound hydraulic cylinder must comply with the manufacturer's instructions. Before connecting the rebound hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic system must be thoroughly flushed. During the flushing process, the connecting pipe of the rebound hydraulic cylinder should be closed. It is recommended that continuous flushing should be continued for about half an hour before connecting the rebound hydraulic cylinder to the eight hydraulic system.
3. Maintenance
In the case of large impact load, pay close attention to the lubrication of the rebound hydraulic cylinder support. Especially after the new system is started, the function and leakage of the rebound hydraulic cylinder should be checked repeatedly. After starting, you should also check whether the axis line is aligned. If not, you should readjust the center line of the rebound hydraulic cylinder or machine element to achieve alignment.
It is very important to keep the hydraulic oil clean. When injecting oil, use a filter less than 60μm to filter. The filter connected to the system should be cleaned at least once every 100 hours of operation, then once a month, at least once every time the oil is changed. It is recommended that all new oil be replaced when the oil is changed, and the fuel tank should be thoroughly cleaned.
During use, attention should be paid to the anti-loosening, dust-proof and anti-rust work of the rebound hydraulic cylinder. When using again after a long period of inactivity, pay attention to wipe the exposed surface of the piston rod with a clean cotton cloth. When starting, run with no load first, and then connect the machine when it is normal.
4. Storage
As a spare part, the rebound hydraulic cylinder is recommended to be stored in a dry and moisture-proof place. There should be no corrosive substances or gases in the storage. Appropriate protective oil should be added, and use this oil as a medium to run the rebound hydraulic cylinder several times. When activated, the protective oil in the rebound hydraulic cylinder should be thoroughly cleaned out. It is recommended that the time interval for replacing the new oil should be shorter than usual. The inlet and return ports of the rebound hydraulic cylinder should be strictly sealed during storage to protect the piston rod from mechanical damage or oxidative corrosion.
