What are the troubleshooting methods for hydraulic cylinder underspeed?
1. First check whether the oil supply of the hydraulic cylinder is enough and the pressure is not enough. If the parts in the hydraulic cylinder are damaged and the flow delivered to the hydraulic cylinder is reduced and underspeed occurs, the damaged parts need to be replaced.
2. Hydraulic oil cylinder leakage can be divided into two types: internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to the movement of hydraulic components due to excessive wear gaps and possible parts breakdown in the system, etc., which can provide flow to the hydraulic cylinder to ensure normal operation. Leakage is mainly caused by loose pipe joints, pipe joint seal wear and other problems, mainly because the pipeline in the invisible part of the hydraulic cylinder should increase attention.
3. Check whether the hydraulic oil cylinder overflow valve is faulty: if the overflow valve spool is stuck in the open position, a large amount of oil will always overflow from the overflow valve back into the oil tank, which will reduce the flow into the hydraulic cylinder. Underspeed, which can discharge overflow valve failure.
4. Underspeed due to other strength: The speed of the hydraulic cylinder decreases with the speed of different positions of the stroke, but the degree of speed decrease will vary with the stroke. It may be caused by poor assembly quality. Other strength will increase the load of the hydraulic cylinder, increase the working pressure, and increase the internal leakage. The increase in leakage will directly affect the speed decrease.
