Single and Double Acting Cylinder Design purpose:
It depends on the working temperature, working medium and processing conditions of our factory. Based on the mechanical design manual, calculate the size of the internal structure.
1. The selection of the seal must be based on the on-site working temperature, environmental pollution, and working medium. Water-glycol media cannot be sealed with polyurethane.
2. The single and double acting cylinder head should be sealed with V-shaped combination as far as possible, so as to compensate for the error of groove processing finish.
3. The size of the sealing groove is designed strictly according to the design manual.
4. The seal of the piston of the single and double acting cylinder generally adopts a Gly ring plus a guide belt, which has better high temperature resistance and pollution resistance.
5. The O-ring between the cylinder head and cylinder bottom of the cylinder is sealed, it is better to add a retaining ring, which can make up for the error of processing.
6. The connection of the cylinder barrel and the cylinder head, cylinder bottom and the center pendulum should not be welded as far as possible, because welding will cause the cylinder barrel to deform, threaded connection or other connection methods can be used.
