What is the important role of sensors in hydraulic cylinders?
The hydraulic cylinder adds a displacement sensor to realize the closed-loop control of displacement. When the two layers of induction coils of the sensor are fixed at the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, the sensor at the other end will enter the piston rod. The precise movement value of the piston rod must be ensured so that the structure connected to the piston rod can produce precise movement values. When the hydraulic cylinder works, the moving part of the sensor changes with the induction coil, and the magnetism of the sensor also changes.
If used in harsh environments for a long time, the greater the position deviation, open loop control is required. The working speed of the sensor movement speed detector is synchronized with the working speed of the hydraulic cylinder, and it is necessary to distinguish which is its own force state in order to be able to control the working speed of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder can cooperate with various transmission mechanisms to end the chaotic mechanical movement, and then further expand its operation plan. The sensor makes the hydraulic cylinder operate efficiently.
Before operation, check whether the installation of the hydraulic pump is accurate, whether the coupling installation meets the requirements, and whether the screws are tightened. Whether the oil is full; whether the safety valve of the hydraulic system is adjusted to the specified pressure; whether the steering of the pump is in line with the oil inlet and outlet Consistent; whether the safety valve of the hydraulic system is adjusted to the specified pressure.
Do not start at full speed when starting. When the system is unloaded, the prime mover switch should be activated several times to clean the air in the pipeline as much as possible, and then run without load. After about 3 minutes, it should be loaded gradually, and there should be no during loading Abnormal vibration, noise or leakage, or immediately stop the machine for inspection and analysis.
If the pump is not used for a long time, it should be emptied, filled with oil with low acid value, coated with anti-rust oil on the exposed surface, and all oil ports are sealed with screw plugs to prevent contamination. These are the results of analysis and arrangement after years of experience in using hydraulic cylinders, and good results have been achieved in actual work. After cleaning the hydraulic cylinder with diesel or kerosene, apply lubricating oil and wrap it in oil paper, preferably in a wooden box, and store it in a dry, non-corrosive environment. Spray diesel oil on the outer and inner surfaces of the hydraulic cylinder, cover the inner layer with a cloth, coat the outer layer with anti-rust oil, etc., clean with diesel at the dry point, and then coat the inner and outer surfaces with a layer of anti-rust oil.
Exhaust equipment adjustment: Reduce the working pressure in the hydraulic cylinder to (0.5-1) MPa, then make the piston rod reciprocate and open the exhaust plug to exhaust. The opening method is: when the piston reaches the end of its stroke, when the pressure increases, the exhaust plug will open instantly and close immediately before returning. When the exhaust plug is exhausting, it can hear hissing and hissing sounds, and then releases white and turbid foamed oil. When the air is exhausted, the released oil is clear. You can visually distinguish whether the exhaust is complete.
Adjustment of the buffer device: When the adjustable buffer device is installed and the piston is in motion, the preservation valve should be placed at a position with a lower flow rate, and then gradually adjust the preservation port to a very small size until it meets the requirements.
Inspection of various parts of the hydraulic cylinder: In addition to the above adjustment work, the hydraulic cylinder should also be checked for oil leakage of each seal and whether the bolts used to install the connecting parts are loose to avoid accidents.
