Flange mount hydraulic cylinder
Flange hydraulic cylinder is suitable for fixed installation during the working process of hydraulic cylinder, the working condition where the force and the support center are on the same axis;There are three options for the installation method: end, middle or tail. How to choose depends on whether the main force acting on the load causes compression (push) stress or tensile (pull) stress on the piston rod. The general compression (push) stress adopts the tail and middle flange installation, tensile (pull) stress adopts end and middle flange installation, It is determined that the end, middle or tail flange installation needs to be combined with the overall structural design requirements of the system and the bending stability of the hydraulic cylinder under long-stroke compression (push) conditions.
Pin eye hydraulic cylinder
Pin eye hydraulic cylinder is divided into tail single (double) earring installation and end, middle or tail trunnion installation. It is suitable for working conditions in which the force of the hydraulic cylinder causes the machine components to be moved along the same plane of motion to show a curved path; They can be used for tension (pull) or compression (push) purposes. If the curved path of the piston rod is in a single plane, you can use fixed earrings to install, for applications where the piston rod will travel along a path on each side of the actual plane of motion, joint bearing installation is recommended.
Trunnion mount hydraulic cylinder
Trunnion mount cylinder is designed to absorb forces on its centerline. They are suitable for tension (pull) or compression (push) use, it can also be used where the machine components will move along a curved path in a single plane. The trunnion pin is only designed for shear load and should bear the minimum bending stress.
Foot mounted hydraulic cylinders
Foot mounted hydraulic cylinders suitable for fixed installation during the working process of hydraulic cylinder, when the installation plane and the central axis of the cylinder are not in the same plane, therefore, when the hydraulic cylinder exerts force on the load, foot mounted hydraulic cylinders will generate an overturning moment, If the hydraulic cylinder is not well fixed with the components it is installed on or the load is not properly guided, the turning moment will produce a large side load on the piston rod. The important thing to choose this type of installation is to firmly fix it to the machine components that he installs. And effectively guide the load, in order to prevent side load from being applied to the piston rod sealing device and the piston guide ring.The installed components must be well positioned, fastened and properly guided to the load.
