The single acting hydraulic actuator and double acting hydraulic actuator is powered by hydraulic transmission. Precautions:
1. Before installation, carefully check whether the model meets the requirements for use.
2. The actuator can be installed in any working position, but the convenience of maintenance and operation should be considered.
3. The sealing performance test of the actuator should be carried out before installation; more than three no-load switch tests should be carried out before installation, the main shaft should be flexible, and various shaft parts should not be jammed.
4. During installation, remove dirt and debris in the hole, seal ring and joint surface, and check whether the connecting bolts are evenly tightened.
5. After installation, conduct a sealing test and a hydraulic operation test.
6. During the period of use, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out according to the frequency of movement.
