How is the tilt table hydraulic system exhausted?
:Exhaust: The tilt table hydraulic system generally does not have exhaust gas. It can be exhausted by the fuel tank. When the oil is running, the gas will be brought back to the fuel tank, and the fuel tank can be connected to the atmosphere. Gas will overflow from the oil. When the oil in the hydraulic cylinder is mixed into the air, the piston will cause an abnormal phenomenon such as creeping or tremor. Some of these anomalies are due to air in the oil and partly due to the jump of the flow control valve and the sealing of the hydraulic cylinder. Especially in the power head feed hydraulic cylinders such as machine tools, the exhaust problem should be paid more attention.
