Double Rod End Hydraulic Cylinder
The double rod end hydraulic cylinder is generally driven by two-way hydraulic pressure and can achieve constant speed reciprocating motion. The structure of the hydraulic cylinder can basically be divided into five parts: cylinder barrel and cylinder head, piston and piston rod, sealing device, buffer device and exhaust device.
Piston hydraulic cylinder
1. Double rod hydraulic cylinder
Hydraulic cylinder fixed——Solid double rod: The spatial position is three times the effective stroke.
Piston rod fixed——Hollow double rod: The spatial position is twice the effective stroke.
2. Single rod hydraulic cylinder
(1) There is no rod cavity to enter oil, and the rod cavity to return oil.
(2) The rod cavity enters the oil, and the rod cavity does not return oil.
(3) Differential connection-the left and right chambers are connected, and both are through pressure oil

As shown in Figure1: It is a single-piston double rod hydraulic ram. Both the inlet and outlet ports A and B can pass pressure oil or return oil to achieve Bi-directional movement.
As shown in Figure 2: It is a double-piston double rod end hydraulic cylinder. Both ends and the middle inlet and outlet ports A, B, C, D can pass pressure oil or return oil, just like two connected double-acting hydraulic cylinders.
