Hollow steel pipe manual bending method:
1. Try to use seamless steel pipes conforming to GB8162 or 8163. The thinner the wall, the easier it is to bend, but if the wall thickness is too thick, it will be difficult to bend. Seamless steel pipes are easier to bend successfully than seamed steel pipes.
2. Before bending the steel pipe, prepare some sand and two plugs.
3. Use a plug to plug one end of the pipe, fill the steel pipe with fine sand, and then plug the other end of the pipe with a plug. In this way, it can ensure that the pipe does not collapse when bending, and when keeping the pipe head closed, it is best to nail a few pits with steel nails to ensure that the plug is not replaced during bending.
