The oil cylinder can be placed on both sides or the bottom, and the system has good stability; the system is equipped with a high-speed synchronous motor to ensure the synchronization of the oil cylinder; Load-sensing proportional system, using load-sensing pumps and self-developed load-sensing proportional multi-way valves, to achieve proportional control of the lifting speed of the flap on the basis of energy saving; key components (pumps, valves, cylinders, seals) are adopted The cleanliness of imported products and hydraulic systems are strictly controlled, and they are strictly tested before leaving the factory.

Long-term operation and stable operation, no leakage; electrical control part adopts PLC control, components are used at home and abroad, equipped with touch screen to achieve system monitoring and control mode switching, with remote control operation, the control part is simple, safe and stable; with Automatic correction system, leveling using an electrical level, the leveling accuracy can reach ± 0.1 °, and it can automatically correct when the flap is tilted in the horizontal direction; it has the function of flip and stop interlock to prevent misoperation from affecting the flip system With travel limit, safety lock and manual playback functions, the device will be locked at the current position in the event of a power outage or misoperation to prevent danger caused by misoperation. After manual intervention, the flap will fall back into place, and the whole process is stable and safe.
