Cylinder tube processing technology:
After the cylinder tube inner hole is processed by deep hole boring and finishing, cylinder barrel surface roughness can reach 0.4. The inner hole surface due to rolling forms a hardened layer surface, so The friction between the piston rod and cylinder not easy to damage the cylinder, which can effectively provide the seals sealing performance and hydraulic oil cylinder life.
Seal kits treatment process:
The sealing structure consists of 4 parts: guide ring, support ring, sliding ring and elastic ring. The elastic ring after being compressed and deformed compresses the sliding ring, make the sliding ring play a sealing role; the support ring prevents the elastic ring and the sliding ring from being squeezed out of the groove under high pressure to be damaged; the guide ring is close to the support ring, which reduces the piston size and avoid direct contact and friction between cylinder and piston. Features of this structure is that the greater the pressure, the more reliable the sealing effect.
