DALLAST offers Single Acting Spring Return Cylinders. The spring return cylinders we produce solves the problem that the plunger return of the hydraulic oil cylinder is stuck and cannot be reset due to the insufficient spring tension in the spring return cylinder. The sealing structure is unique and durable.
First of all: When resetting with a spring, the oil in the piston cavity should be connected to the oil tank without back pressure. It can be realized by reversing valve.
Second: the choice of spring force. If dao is arranged horizontally: friction of piston seal + friction of piston rod seal + load
If it is arranged vertically: piston seal friction + piston rod seal friction + load + piston rod's own weight
When resetting, there must be a solenoid valve to control the hydraulic oil back to the tank. The spring elasticity cannot be too small, otherwise, the force is too small to move.
