Industrial Hydraulic cylinder technical parameters
Cylinder: The inner wall is smooth, must no longitudinal scratches, grooves, corrosion and rust. Both ends of the cylinder need to be chamfered to make it smooth. The inner diameter is H7 or H8 and surface roughness generally Ra 0.1-0.16um.
Piston: The piston outer diameter is generally f9, the need for side chamfer. When using the casting, there must no defects such as air holes and shrinkage holes.
Piston rod: Hard chrome for surface hardness, outer diameter tolerance f7-f9, surface no scratches, plated surface no porosity and pinhole defects, surface roughness Ra≤0.2-0.4um.
