Less than 63mm Bore hydraulic cylinder with shock problem processing method:
1. First find out the diameter of the hydraulic cylinder, if it is less than 63mm, remove the piston.
2. On the plane on the side of the piston rodless cavity, evenly carve out 3 circles of V-shaped grooves, preferably concentric circles. It's okay to be different. The purpose is to increase the oil trapped space of the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder and reduce the impact phenomenon when the piston extends.
3. Clean all parts of the hydraulic cylinder, and then assemble it. Install the hydraulic cylinder again and see if the problem is solved.
Note:
1. Be careful not to damage the sealing ring on the piston when disassembling. When processing the v-shaped groove, it must be more than 5mm away from the edge. Prevent damage to the sealing ring.
2. When assembling, follow the disassembly process, followed by disassembly first. Be sure not to bring contaminants into the hydraulic cylinder.
