1. Packaging and transportation of flanged hydraulic cylinders. 2. Correct installation of flange hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder must be installed correctly according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance instructions and related technical data provided by the manufacturer. During the installation process, special attention should be paid to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic cylinder. The inlet and outlet oil pipes and other oil pipes should be connected correctly, and they cannot be connected wrongly. For the servo hydraulic cylinder, the electrical circuits of the servo valve and sensor should be correctly connected according to the electrical wiring diagram, and the low-voltage power-on inspection should be carried out first; after the low-voltage power-on operation is normal, the rating can be provided according to the instructions.
3. Debugging of flange hydraulic cylinder. The commissioning must be carried out in strict accordance with the installation and commissioning instructions provided by the manufacturer, and professional hydraulic equipment operators must be on-site to guide them to prevent accidents and pay attention to the personal safety of the operators and the maintenance of the hydraulic cylinders.
