Bleeding The 2 Post Lift Hydraulic Cylinder
Once the lift is installed and before you have raised a vehicle, it is important to remove any air that has been trapped in the hydraulic system. For 2 post car lifts that have direct drive hydraulic cylinders, there will be a bleeder screw on top of the cylinder. Use the following steps to bleed the air out:
1, Raise the lift about 12” off the floor and locate the bleeder screw on top of either cylinder.
2, Loosen the bleeder screw slightly to let the air escape without removing the screw. Tighten the screw back when only fluid is coming out and no air. Repeat the process for the other cylinder.
3, Next, lower the lift all the way down and then raise the lift up and down 1 full cycles. This will help any remaining air to flow back into the cylinders. Lower the lift back down and then raise to about 12”. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to remove any remaining air.

Q: If the hydraulic cylinder for offshore work is alkaline resistant?
A: It can be made of stainless steel 316. We have surface treatment with 42CRMO material, the surface hardness can reach HV 900, salt spray resistance test can withstand up to 1100 hours.
Q: When the cylinder testing, why can't it be held pressure whith the balance valve!
A: Because the oil in the oil inlet chamber is opened to the other side of the valve through the hydraulically controlled control oil circuit, the original valve is designed like this. It locks the circuit after the oil pressure is lost. On the contrary, if you keep supplying pressure, it is always in the state of opening the other check valve. Therefore, this valve cannot be used in the test.
Q: How does the control the quality?
A: 1)During processing, the operating machine worker inspect the each sizes by themselves.
2)After finished the first whole part, will show to QA for full inspection.
3)Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small QTY.
4)When shipping the goods, we will attach the inspection report with the parts.
